To return products to Truckers Toy Store, please follow the process below:

  • All faulty Goods must be returned complete in one package with all component parts (where applicable).
  • Goods should be returned within Thirty (30) days after receipt of the Goods.
  • Please enclose your receipt and merchandise in a box and mail to: Truckers Toy Store Online Returns, 630 Somerville Road, Sunshine West, Vic. 3020.
  • All returned goods must be mailed by registered post, or delivered by a secure courier.

Truckers Toy Store Return & Exchange Of Goods Policy

All faulty goods must be returned to Truckers Toy Store, complete with packaging and all component parts (where applicable).

Goods should be returned to Truckers Toy Store with a completed returns form provided with the order within thirty (30) days after the dispatch date.

Goods deemed faulty will be replaced FREE of additional freight charges or alternatively a credit will be issued to the customer’s account or store credit to cash sale customers.

Refunds will not be given for any returned goods.
