To return products to Truckers Toy Store, please follow the process below:
- All faulty Goods must be returned complete in one package with all component parts (where applicable).
- Goods should be returned within Thirty (30) days after receipt of the Goods.
- Please enclose your receipt and merchandise in a box and mail to: Truckers Toy Store Online Returns, 630 Somerville Road, Sunshine West, Vic. 3020.
- All returned goods must be mailed by registered post, or delivered by a secure courier.
